Biography

Todd Price has spent twenty years as a researcher on educational policy, including: school choice/vouchers, comparative education in Cuba and China, telecommunications deregulation, NCLB, charter and turn-around schools. He is versed in the use of technology including video and the use of social networking for education (YouTube, Facebook, Blogger).
