emotional, and spiritual aspects of your life to promote
health and wellness. Here are some tips to improve self-care
for academic performance.

Take breaks to refresh. Every hour for 5-10 minutes may
be all you need.
Use your phone calendar to manage time to reduce
stress. Those notifications really work!
Maintain a healthy work-life balance by setting specific
times for work, study, fun, and rest
Enhance focus and productivity by getting enough sleep

THIS MONTH IN HISTORY

Women’s History Month is a celebration of women’s contributions to history, culture and society and has been observed annually in the month of March in the United States since 1987. This is Claudette Colvin, a 15 year-old girl who got arrested for refusing to give up her seat on a Montgomery, Alabama bus nine months prior to Rosa Parks.
