Amazon Career Choice at NLU: Degree Programs

Fully-Funded Degree Programs for Amazon Associates

NLU has partnered with Amazon to ensure Amazon associates can maximize their Career Choice benefit by offering 15 different undergraduate degree programs that empower associates to succeed at Amazon or elsewhere. We meet individual learners where they are on their education journey through a variety of education and upskilling opportunities including fully-funded (free) college tuition, industry certifications designed to lead to in-demand jobs, and foundational skills such as English language proficiency, high school diplomas, and GEDs.

1) Enroll in Career Choice with Amazon using the link below (if you haven't done so already).
2) Fill out the Get Started form, and an Enrollment Specialist at NLU will contact you to discuss your degree options.

  • Career Choice launched in 2012.
  • Program is live in 14 countries (U.S., Canada, United Kingdom., Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, South Africa, Costa Rica, Slovakia and Australia).
  • More than 50,000 Amazon employees have participated globally since inception (more than 35,000 in the U.S.).
  • More than half of Amazon’s participants identify as Black, Hispanic or Native American.

NLU Program Start Dates

NLU offers four start dates per academic year. 

  • Fall: September
