"So many children ages 0-3 miss out on free services because there is a lack of knowledge surrounding early intervention," she explains. Her career aspiration reflects this passion: opening a home childcare specifically designed for special needs children. "Having been able to work in this field and see the need and truly loving what I do has influenced me to reach for the stars!" Bianca shares.

As a single mother working full time, the competency-based program was such a lifesaver!" she emphasizes.
