The 1886 Society
National Louis University is committed to providing education and career advancement in diverse fields to a diverse student body. From education to the culinary arts, we believe that everyone can achieve their aspirations.
The 1886 Society recognizes donors who invest in NLU’s students and their bright futures through gifts of $250 or more in a single calendar year (January 1 – December 31). These donors have an eye for aspiring teachers, businesspeople, chefs, and many other promising, soon-to-be professionals, and wish to make an impact on their lives.
Members help NLU provide:
- Student scholarships;
- High-quality programs;
- Additional resources such as tutoring, library, and career services.

Alumni who have graduated within the past 3 years are eligible to participate at a discounted rate shown below:
