How to Use the NLU Mobile ID
You can now use your mobile ID in place of your physical ID card. Read the instructions below to learn how.
Option 1: Via the AVRO Mobile App (Android & iOS)
- Open App: Launch the AVRO Mobile app on your device.
- Authenticate (if applicable): Unlock using Face ID, Touch ID, biometrics, or your passcode.
- Present to Reader: Hold the device near the card reader to scan.
Option 2: Via Apple Wallet (iPhone Only)
- Access Apple Wallet: Double-tap the power/side button on your iPhone.
- Authenticate: Unlock using Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
- Select Card: Choose your NLU ID from your saved wallet cards.
- Present to Reader: Hold your iPhone near the card reader to scan.
