Step 2 — Transcript Review We review your UHSP coursework using your courtesy transcript
Request Your University of Health Sciences and Pharmacy in St. Louis (UHSP): Please fill out this form to request that your UHSP transcript be sent to NLU.
Transcripts from all previous institutions you attended are also required. You may add additional schools to the same request form for every institution you have attended. Completing these forms will allow the NLU Admissions team to process and order on your behalf. Some institutions require students to place their own transcript orders. In those cases, we will email you instructions on how to complete the order.
Step 3 — Personalized Degree Plan You receive a clear outline of how your credits apply and what remains
Step 5 — Admission & Financial Aid Receive your admission decision and financial aid guidance
Step 6 — Advising & Registration Meet with an advisor and register for your first term

If your program at UHSP is being phased out, you have the option to continue your studies at another institution. NLU provides a pathway to help you complete your degree with as little disruption as possible.
We will review your coursework using your UHSP transcript and apply as many credits as possible toward your new degree. You will receive a clear outline of what transfers and what remains.

While final details are still being confirmed, students will need to apply, be admitted, and enroll at NLU within the timeframe outlined in the agreement.

UHSP programs are expected to continue through the 2026–27 academic year, so you may choose to complete additional coursework there before transferring.
