The second half of the Designer and Teacher domain of the Teaching Excellence Framework ask that faculty develop the skills to facilitate learning experiences and environments to engage learners and personalize the learning to help them achieve their educational outcomes.
How we engage students varies by modality, whether face-to-face, fully online, or a blend of online and face-to-face. However, each section offers strategies to improve your pedagogy via reflection and experimentation.
