Daytime UGC Student Annual Registration Request Form

This form is for UGC students taking daytime classes on our Chicago or Wheeling campus

Filling out this form gives the NLU Undergraduate College team information to get your class schedule in place. By completing this form you are giving NLU consent to enroll you in classes for the upcoming academic year.

Your final schedule will be based on course availability, course pre-requisites, major and minor course sequences, prior classes taken, and the campus where you will take your classes.

New students must be accepted and pay their admission deposit before receiving their class schedule.

The official NLU Course Schedule provides course details. Your Student Success Coach is available to answer questions about your class schedule and degree plan.

I understand there is a 3.0 minimum GPA requirement for the Pre-BSN program and that additional faculty review may apply. I must contact an Enrollment Specialist to explore appeal options if I do not meet this minimum. I understand that a GPA below 2.75 will not be considered for appeal and I must choose another program.

I understand there is a 2.5 minimum GPA requirement for the BS Cybersecurity and AI program. I am aware that I must contact an Enrollment Specialist to explore appeal options if I do not meet this minimum.
