Teen Classes
To Market to My Plate
The class meets at the Daley Plaza Farmers market by the base of the Picasso before learning about selecting produce from the market and getting ingredients to be made in a dish back in our kitchens. The recipes and produce to be selected are pre-determined by the instructor’s recipes for the day to make use of in season ingredients.
