Required Benefits Enrollment

Benefits are effective the first of the month following your date of hire.  If you were hired on the first of the month, your benefits are effective that day.

You only have 30 days from your date of hire to submit your elections.  If you miss the opportunity to enroll in benefits during your first 30 days of employment, your next opportunity will be during Open Enrollment in November, unless you experience an IRS qualifying event.

Benefits may be elected and/or waived at www.NLUBenefits.com.  Even if all coverage is being declined, elections must still be made through the platform, using our Company Key "nlubenefits".  Additional enrollment instructions can be found on our Enrollment Flyer.
