Getting settled in a new role can be overwhelming but exciting and the mix of emotions could allow for some questions to go unanswered. Linked is a list of helpful questions to ask of your manager and HR to clarify your job.
Performance appraisals are conducted annually. To fully benefit from your first performance appraisal schedule a time to meet with your manager to discuss your goals and responsibilities. You will be assigned a review in our Performance Management system, Halogen, upon hire.
