Community Heroes Scholarship Application
The Community Heroes Scholarship is to enable our community heroes to further their educational, career, and personal goals. All students who are eligible for the Community Heroes Scholarship must complete this application and upload proof of employment. If you are a spouse or dependent, you will also need to provide a marriage or birth certificate. Please note that students are only eligible for one institutional resource per academic year.
