Student Acknowledgement of Non-Licensure Limitations

My signature below indicates that I have been informed and accept this agreement.

I have been informed that:

• In earning this M.Ed. or Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction with Advanced Specializations degree, I will not be eligible to teach in these subject areas as I do not hold an Illinois Professional Educator License.
• This degree may not necessarily fulfill requirements for other U.S. state licensure endorsements.
• I may be lacking in other requirements by other state licensure bodies thus making me ineligible for licensure endorsements.
• I am responsible for adhering to these requirements.
