Student Acknowledgement of (Non-Licensure) Limitations
My signature below indicates that I have been informed and accept this agreement.
I have been informed that:
- In earning this (M.Ed. or Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, Ed.D. in Strategic Educational Leadership, or Ed.S/Ed.D in Educational Leadership & Administration) degree, I will not be eligible for Illinois Professional Educator with the General Education Leadership Endorsement, Principal or Superintendent Licensure.
- I also acknowledge that this degree may not fulfill requirements for other U.S. state licensures in school administration.
- I also acknowledge that I may be lacking in other requirements by other state licensure bodies thus making me ineligible for state licensure in school administration.
- I am responsible for adhering to these requirements.
