Biography: Debbie Graye joined National Louis as an adjunct instructor for the HRMD program at National Louis University in 2016. Over the past 20 years, she has held a variety of Human Resources Leadership roles in both public and private sector organizations. Debbie’s passion for Human Resources comes from her belief that in any organization people are a competitive advantage. Helping to find the best talent and provide everyone the opportunity to learn and grow will bring success to any organization.
