Biography:
Dr. Evelyn Lim holds a doctorate degree in Innovation and Leadership and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. She is published in the areas of leadership, business strategy, and management. Through active research, she continues to investigate effective leadership models and the role leadership plays in the day-to-day workings of all aspects of our professional and personal lives. She believes that teaching is a means of sustaining life-long learning, because to be an effective teacher one must always be open to new ideas and experiences and be a constant student. Dr. Lim has 20 years experience in higher education, both in administration and the classroom, at traditional ground colleges and as well as online. She teaches leadership, organizational behavior, motivation theory, business management, and research.
