Service Excellence at NLU is an 1-hour, online training for staff and faculty designed to build and sustain a culture of exceptional service across all departments and roles at NLU. This training is part of a university-wide initiative to equip NLU employees with information and practical strategies for creating an environment in which everyone feels welcomed, cared for and valued. 

The training is required for new hires and for current full-time faculty and staff and can be accessed through NLU's professional development portal. Contact HR@nl.edu to find out more. 

Departments and Colleges will also host deep dive sessions to apply service excellence values and practices to their own operations later in the year with the support of the Service Excellence team.  Contact your supervisor to find out more.
