Recognize and Reward Someone For Delivering Exceptional Service and Read Stories About Excellent Service Happening at NLU!

“Wow Moments” are when someone goes out of their way to take care of another's needs, particularly when they don’t have to.  Give someone a “shout out” for providing someone at NLU with a “Wow” service experience and help inspire others to new heights.  

HOW TO RECOGNIZE A WOW MOMENT:  Describe what happened in 100 words or less and post to the Wow Kudoboard. Include your name and email and the name and email of the person(s) you are recognizing.  Your story may be cited in university communications and will receive a commemorative Wow coin.
