International Student Services

The Office of International Student & Scholar Services (ISSS) provides support to international students to facilitate a successful transition to the United States and assists students considering study abroad opportunities. ISSS provides international student assistance with the basics of visa status maintenance, employment and internship regulations, and adjustment to academic life at NLU.

Global Exchange Club: The Global Exchange Club's mission is dedicated to creating lasting bonds between international and domestic students. We celebrate the diverse cultures that are represented among our student population and create engaging activities and events, in hopes to promote tolerance and raise awareness of global issues, cultural events and traditions to broaden student’s understanding of the world they live in. This club will engage all its members and event participants to open their minds and experience various traditions from around the world.
