Biography: I have served full time as Assistant Professor at National Louis University since 1998. I also served 6 years as Associate Dean for the College of Management and Business, from 2008 to 2014. After working on the merger of the Colleges of Arts and Sciences, and Management and Business, I returned to my first love, teaching. During my career I’ve written and published a book chapter, papers, and newsletters on topics in health care leadership, business communication, business leadership and management, and human resources. I’ve presented these topics at local and national conferences, where I maintain professional society memberships in health administration, business management, human resources, and adult education.
