Biography:
Dr. ML is Chicago's Coach, Author, and Speaker on Joy. After 35 years of living and leading into her strengths, since learning to fly in the third grade, ML has elevated from Chicago's top Maximizing strengths-coach to joy whisperer.

As the once shortest collegiate high-jumper in the U.S., this Joy Maximizer still uses every ounce of her natural maximizing strengths, now turned joy, to elevate leaders and organizations beyond the walls of the Corporate Mindset, and unleash their most authentic leadership presence into whole self. Dr. ML uniquely knows how to help leaders to lead from everything within; identifying each leader's individual moments of joy, maximizing the wisdom across all of their joy, and forecasting their best selves forward to forge each leader in their own model authentic leadership presence, that will empower them not just for the moment but for a lifetime. Through her own authentically joyful leadership presence, Dr. ML speaks to the souls of leaders in ways that illuminate just how relevant joy is to the bottom line of everything that they do.
