Biography:

Dr. Klapatch Totsch has worked as a behavior analyst since 2005 in a variety of clinical and educational placements, including foster care, public schools, residential centers, and private practice.  Her professional practice focuses on systems level consultation and support and the design and implementation of pragmatic behavioral interventions to create longstanding, socially significant changes. Prior to joining NLU, Jennifer served as an Assistant Professor and the Director of Applied Professional Practice at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology; there, she focused her efforts on improving instructional design and measurement methods in the classroom and designing a competency-based practitioner training program. Jennifer is actively involved in state- and national-level professional organizations as an advocate for increased stringency in the training of behavior analysts and licensure of behavior analysts.
