Biography:
Elizabeth (Covay) Minor's research focuses on inequality in student opportunities to learn and how social context is related to differences in access to, returns to, and experiences within student opportunities to learn. Following the completion of her Ph.D., she was selected for an IES Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education. Before coming to National Louis, Beth worked as the Research Director for the Michigan Consortium for Educational Research at Michigan State University, evaluating the Michigan Merit Curriculum.
