Reminders Sent to Students
Once students book an appointment in Retain, they receive an Appointment Confirmation Email. After that, students receive appointment reminders via text and email. The cadence of automatic Retain appointment reminders to students is: 24 hr, 4 hr and 5 min prior to an appointment. The reminders begin 24 hours before the appointment (not immediately when booked), and for each reminder students receive both text and email notifications. The timing and delivery of these reminders are based on the appointment start time.
