National Louis University’s Graduate School of Business and Leadership prepares students to become effective, ethical leaders in the business world through master’s and doctoral programs in business, leadership, and related fields. Programs are designed for students just embarking on their careers, as well as seasoned professionals looking to advance in their current positions, with a focus on creativity, leadership, and community and organizational impact. The Graduate School of Business and Leadership has received specialized accreditation through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

The Graduate School of Business and Leadership has received specialized accreditation through the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), in addition to National Louis University’s institutional accreditation from the Higher Learning Commission (HLC).
NLU’s online MBA program can be completed in as little as 12 months for $12,000. Other graduate degrees within the Graduate School of Business and Leadership start at $16,500. Costs vary by program, so prospective students are encouraged to speak with an Enrollment Specialist for details specific to their program of interest.
Most programs, including the MBA, can be completed entirely online, and several also offer a blended format that combines online coursework with on-campus or in-person immersion experiences, allowing students to build their professional network face-to-face with peers and faculty.
Applicants to the MBA program are asked to submit a minimum of two professional or academic letters of recommendation from a source who can speak to the candidate’s qualifications for graduate business study, including their ability to make a positive impact in their organization or community, their value of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and/or their creative mindset. Admission requirements vary by program, so prospective students should review the requirements listed on their program of interest’s page or speak with an Enrollment Specialist.
