Kendall College offers world-class culinary arts and hospitality management programs in a world-class hospitality city. Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is National Louis University’s culinary and hospitality school. Founded in 1934, Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is one of Chicago’s (and the world's) premier schools for those looking to start or advance a career in the culinary or hospitality industry.

The three bachelor’s degrees that Kendall College offers are a B.A. in Culinary Management, a B.A. in Hospitality Management, and a B.A. track focused on the culinary arts. Kendall College also offers a variety of associate degrees and nine-month certificates in fields such as the culinary arts and baking and pastry. There are also several specialty programs offered, such as the Wine Professional Program.

Kendall College degrees in culinary arts (Baking and Pastry and other specialties) are accredited by the American Culinary Federation (ACF) Education Foundation Accrediting Commission.

Kendall College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management is located in downtown Chicago (the Loop) at 18 S. Michigan Avenue, across from Grant Park and the Art Institute.

Hands-on training in commercial-grade kitchens, including a dedicated baking and pastry kitchen for instruction by experienced chefs, restaurateurs, and pastry experts. The Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality Management prepares you to excel in the business and craft of managing restaurants, resorts, hotels, and events. Training will cover all aspects of culinary and hospitality management and prepare you to lead in this fast-paced industry. Students receive hands-on experience through coursework and internships in training to prepare for careers in foodservice and hospitality management.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management will take 4 years to complete. The Culinary Management Program combines hands-on culinary training with business, hospitality, and General Education courses.

A Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality Management will take 4 years to complete and provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality industry, preparing them for careers and internship opportunities in hotel management, food and beverage service, event planning, and tourism.

Associate’s degrees and other certificates are designed to be completed in less than 2 years; the culinary certificates are completed in 9 months.
