Biography:
Dr. Stewart has been serving the community through mental health and wellness counseling and consulting for sixteen years. She is a graduate of National Louis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Master of Science in Counseling. Her studies culminated with the degree of Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Counselor Education and Supervision from Argosy University. Dr. Stewart holds several professional certifications and designations in the State of Illinois: Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified School Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor. To meet the mental health and wellness needs of the larger community, she opened a private counseling and mental health consulting practice, CLS Comprehensive Services, LLC in 2009, located in Flossmoor, IL. She coined the phrase that is the guiding principle of CLS: “The USE of Knowledge is Power” and is committed to assist her clients in using the knowledge they gain to create the life they desire and deserve!

The purpose is to explore the impact of role conflict and ambiguity on the job satisfaction of the elementary school counselor.
